BEFORE YOU CAN PLAY
Prior to registration at Warzone Paintball & Airsoft, each player is required to fill out a waiver form, which is kept on file for the calendar year. You only have to fill it out once. To help speed up registration and get you playing right away, please complete the following form and present it at the park for registration. Thank you!
All players must sign a release form prior to playing at the park. No exceptions.
Parent/Guardian signature required for all participants under 18 years of age.
Low Impact Paintball
Ages 7+
7-17 years of age
Parent/Legal guardian must sign waiver.
18+ years of age
You must sign waiver.
Paintball
Ages 10+
10-17 years of age
Parent/Legal guardian must sign waiver.
18+ years of age
You must sign waiver.
Airsoft
Ages 10+
10-17 years of age
